There is no feeling of being hypnotised - everyone experiences it slightly differently. Whilst hypnotised you are aware of your surroundings, able to converse easily, and are always in control. You may feel a heaviness or a lightness of your body, you may tingle, feel colder or warmer - all are merely indications of a change in brain state as you relax. It is very similar to the feelings you get when falling asleep or waking up. Hypnosis in a therapeutic setting is completely safe, relaxing and natural state.
